Digital Library module available
We’ve released a new Digital Library section, now available in the website template. This section allows you to present selected scanned publications— such as sales catalogues, exhibition catalogues, and more — on your website. The Digital Library provides access to valuable research materials independently of your catalogue raisonné, making it a useful tool for research.
Key features include:
  • Full-text OCR search across all publications in multiple languages
  • Advanced filtering by publication type, date, author, subject, auction house, and exhibition venue
  • Integration with WorldCat for locating physical copies globally
  • Standardized controlled vocabularies (AAT, ULAN, TGN) consistent with other WPI projects
How to add publications to your Digital Library
  • Open the publication detail page on the platform.
  • Enable the toggle “Include in Digital Library.”
  • Optionally, add an ISBN, OCLC number, and OCLC title. These details will appear in the Digital Library on the public display.

Document the absence of an exhibition catalogue on the public display
On the platform, you can document when no exhibition catalogue has been published for an entry, clarifying that the absence is intentional rather than a gap in your research. This information is now also automatically displayed for exhibition references.
