Adding multiple "assignee" on Task Manager

Proposing to have the option to assign multiple users to a single task for collaboration. At this moment, we can only assign one user per task.

Lisa, this issue came up frequently during Renoir fact-checking, as we often needed to tag both Anais and Perrine. This would help keep the entire team in the loop and ensure a task is handled more promptly.

Lisa Having the option to choose between one assignee and multiple allows for more collaboration between teams. It is wasted effort to have to assign the same task twice if multiple individuals you are assigning the task to are involved in the same task. It is also helpful to keep others in the loop (similar to how we use cc in email) when they have requested to be.
