If the "Fair Use Toggle" for a publication scan is activated, it is not immediately clear what impact that will have on the display of the scan on the public display.

When I need to consider the copyright status of a scan, I find that I have to go and consult other publication records to see how it is used, so that I know for certain whether I want the toggle to be activated.

A more explicit label, such as "Protected by Fair Use–Selective Display Only" might make the "yes/no" binary have a clearer implicit relationship to the functionality of the toggle.
